Shipping and Delivery

All stock orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Shipping times are calculated from the point of dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

• Standard Tracked Delivery: 3–4 working days after dispatch
• Express Tracked Delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

We always endeavour to ship orders within one to two working days of the order being placed, however this is not guaranteed.

We are currently not shipping outside the UK. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

UK Orders

Standard Delivery Service (3–4 Working Days)

Standard delivery orders are shipped via Royal Mail. There is a flat charge of £5.95 for an unlimited number of items. We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within four working days. This service is fully tracked through Royal Mail.

Express Delivery Service (2–3 Working Days)

When placing your order, you have the option to choose an Express Delivery service. Orders must be placed before 11am and will be dispatched using an express tracked service which is expected to take 2–3 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any item within 28 days of delivery in its unworn, unused condition and in its original packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.

Please note that any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

We are unable to accept returns of any personalised or customised products, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

How do I return an item?

You can return an item by post or drop it off at the John Edrich Gate Security.

By Post

Please ensure the item is suitably wrapped and that you enclose your returns receipt in the parcel. If you do not have the receipt, please include your customer order details and the reason for return on a letter for identification purposes.

Please allow up to ten working days for your return to be processed.

Returning at the Ground

Take your item to the John Edrich Gate together with the delivery note or confirmation email.

Exchanges

Please note that we are unable to exchange items purchased online.

Customers can obtain a replacement item more quickly by placing a new order and returning the original item for a full refund.

In exceptional circumstances, where a faulty or incorrect item is received, we will exchange this for you (subject to stock and availability).
