Shipping and delivery

All of our stock orders are dispatched by Royal Mail.

See below for a summary of delivery charges on stock orders.

The times of shipping are used from the point of dispatch ,and not , from the time that the order placed.

Orders must be placed before 11am Monday- Friday for delivery within 2 working days. Please note orders placed after 11am on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

UK Orders:

Standard Delivery Service (3 - 4 Working Days)

Standard delivery orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. There is a flat charge of £5.95 for an unlimited number of items. We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 4 working days. This service will be live tracked through Royal Mail.

Express Delivery Service (2 - 3 Working Days)

When placing your order, you have the option to choose an Express Delivery service. Orders must be placed before 11am and will be despatched on an express delivery service which is expected to take 2 - 3 Working days. This service will be live tracked through Royal Mail.

European Union:

Normally delivered in 6-8 working days.

Rest of the world:

Normally Delivered in 12 - 14 working days.

We are not responsible for any import taxes due on deliveries where payable in certain countries where this applies.

Please note that a parcel is only deemed missing after 28 working days. A claim for a missing parcel can not be started until this time has passed.

Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will dispatched in the period specified on the website, if other items are within your order , these will be held until your full order is available so we may send all items at once
