The Micky Stewart Oval Mug

To commemorate such a special occasion in the history of Surrey County Cricket Club a limited-edition range of commemorative mugs are being released – with all proceeds going to the charity of Micky’s choosing.

Micky, an Alleyn’s School alumni, is donating all of the proceeds to an initiative the school have set up which allows local state primaries access to their state-of-the-art cricket and other sporting facilities. The ambitious Alleyn’s Academy aims to enable social mobility through sport. It welcomes over 100 children every week for action-packed sporting activities run by Alleyn’s in partnership with organisations and individuals from the world of elite sport.  

Micky Stewart OBE said: “Alleyn’s School is where I went to school, and obviously they played a great part in my development. I’d like to use this money to support what they do with the local primary schools, with an emphasis on cricket.”
